If the property owner wants to change the uses that are allowed on their property you will need a rezoning. We facilitate the entire process. 

Mobile Home Overlay is used when the current oning doesn't allow for mobile homes.

A variance is a request  to deviate from current zoning  requirents.  

 If you need to make sure your lot is in compliance and legal to build on according to the Land Development Code (LDC), or if you want to split your lot into one additional lot, you will need to apply to have your parcel certified 

 If your property is in an unincorporated area and doesn’t front on a publicly owned and maintained road right-of-way, we require you to provide, or obtain, an easement from a County owned and maintained right-of-way to your lot or tract of land 

 A nonconformity determination is used in commercial and residential zoning for land that does not meet current development requirements.
